Conversion Notes
Introduction
The Age of Worms Adventure Path was originally published in the pages of Dungeon Magazine.  It was set in a generic background and was written to the 3.5 rules.  In the supplements that Paizo provided for Age of Worms, Keith Baker provided a lot of details on using the Adventure Path in the Eberron setting.  I will be referring to those often.

Translating the 12 part Adventure path from 3.5 to 4E is where the real challenge lies.  Now, even here, a lot of the work has been done in that many of the creatures, including Kyuss have already been translated to 4E. 

My task will be to do the following:
- Take the 12 part, 20 level Adventure Path and stretch it over 30 levels.
- Translate creatures and NPC's that have not been translated
- Add skill challenges where apporpriate
- Define quests

It will be this task that I will primarily discuss in this record for the benefit of others who may wish to run the Age of Worms in 4E, whether in Eberron or some other setting.
